FPC Global has been on the cutting edge of online consultancy and business operations for a decade. They are a leading proptech business that provides highly specialized facility life-cycle integrated consulting services to the built environment.
To celebrate their 10th anniversary, they wanted to do something a little bit special. In September 2024, we had the absolute pleasure of organizing a 3-day trip for FPC Global. Our wonderful planner Cristi worked her logistics magic to plan the event, which culminated in a 3-day trip for the ages.
The end result? An unforgettable team-building trip for FPC to coastal Mexico, in the intricate and vibrant city of Cancun. Over 3 sun-soaked days, FPC Global’s teams got work done while absorbing some of Mexico’s magic.
Settling in and culinary fun
After a long journey, FPC Global tucked into a lively team dinner and prepared for the days ahead. The next morning, team activities started bright and early. Did we mention the hotel was all-inclusive? Breakfast was as vibrant as it was nutritious, kickstarting the day off perfectly.
FPC teams spent the first full day orienting themselves and taking in the surroundings, before more formal meetings and presentations. By mid-day, stomachs were rumbling again for some of the best food Mexico has to offer.
Light lunch was followed by a group cooking class. Mouth-watering guacamole and tangy, fresh salsa-making were the orders of the day, and we all know food is the best way to bring people together. Wonderful stuff.
Choose your adventure
The following day carried a theme of endless exploration. The whole group split into two teams, for two completely distinct experiences.
Half of them took a 2-hour guided tour to plunge into a cenote - an ancient Mayan word, which means “abyss” or “cavern with water reservoir.” The teams seized the opportunity and delved into azure cave waters as clear as crystal. They took the chance to unwind and absorb the beauty of Mexican limestone caverns, which truly are a sight to behold. The pictures speak for themselves, with each cavern appearing like a portal that escapes the ordinary.
The other half of the group drove out on a trip to Tulum, an iconic Mayan Ruin with some of the most fascinating history ever recorded. The majestic Caribbean Sea provided the backdrop visuals as the team absorbed a blend of scenic beauty and deep history.
Reflect and recharge
The final day arrived faster than anyone anticipated, but time flies when you’re having fun. FPC spent the morning as a work-family, making the most of their last moments reflecting and recharging. With Mexico being a global hotspot for relaxation and rejuvenation, it was only fitting that the team wrapped up their adventure in the same spirit. Recharged, and ready to rock!

FPC left Cancun with memories to last a lifetime and team bonds stronger than ever, feeling refreshed, appreciated and inspired. We were grateful to organize an experience celebrating their 10 years of hard work, helping to deepen their team connections and prepare them for an even brighter future.
