Their SAAS solutions assist salons in streamlining their booking processes, managing inventory and maintaining customer records — helping to enhance customer experience and simplify workflows.
Since their origins in 2017, Salonkee has quickly become the salon software of choice for hairdressers, beauticians and massage therapists alike, and today, they've grown from a enthusiastic team of five entrepreneurs to a passionate group of eighty.
Just last month, they gathered at the beautiful Silver Coast of Portugal for four days of good vibes, great ideas, and unforgettable team bonding — and Surf Office was lucky enough to help facilitate the entire planning process, from accommodation and transportation to mealtimes and activities. The goal for this offsite experience was to provide employees with a fun-filled few days where they could connect with one another, celebrate recent wins and recharge before diving back into another busy work season. For this reason, ample freetime was included in the schedule, with a selection of recommended activities, allowing team members to choose their own adventure and create the experience they would individually find most rewarding.
Of course, the schedule was also filled with plenty of dedicated teamtime too, including a trip to the discoteca, a quiz night, and an epic boat tour in Lisbon that included a delicious dinner, open bar and live DJ.
Much of the importance of an offsite experience lies in the in-person connections they facilitate — building interpersonal relationships, encouraging team communication, and developing trust between colleagues. Salonkee? Well, we think they accomplished just that.
