Lastly, Romane was critical in helping on our last day in France when the taxi drivers were on strike - she very quickly implemented a contingency plan and helped us communicate it to the team through the Coda site. He understood the parameters of the offsite and got back to us with multiple proposals in a limited time frame. He helped us understand which option would be the best for us and he helped us negotiate the best space and the best price.

The retreat went great, even exceeded our expectations. The team have never met before, so people bonding was the biggest win for us. For a first retreat, it was a great place. The location was great. Everyone was very happy and had an amazing time. It was a major success.

Everyone has made it home by now and is still buzzing from the trip. I appreciate your help so much, it was a wonderful all-hands meeting trip.
