Why are we doing it?
At Surf Office, we’ve been helping companies organize offsites since 2013. Over the years, we’ve seen the industry grow and evolve as more companies embrace offsites.
This year, some interesting trends have emerged: more offsites in the countryside, an increase in 3-4 night stays, greater interest in sustainability, and better-balanced event schedules.
However, our internal data only shows part of the picture. That’s why we’re stepping up to create the first-ever industry report on company offsites!
We’ve launched a survey to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the industry. Our goal is to build a valuable resource for offsite organizers, HR professionals, hoteliers, and other players in the sector.
