Omistautunut hotellitiimimme tekee mysteeriostoksia, käy paikanpäällä, testaa Wi-Fi-yhteyksiä, testaa tunnelmaa ja varmistaa, että kaikki tiedot ovat oikein. Kaikki ennen kuin otat meihin yhteyttä.
Rakennamme pitkäaikaisia kumppanuuksia, jos paikka sopii hyvin. Surf Office hyväksyy vain 3 % paikoista. Kesti monta vuotta oppia, mitkä ne ovat. Siellä on paljon epämiellyttäviä paikkoja, usein kiiltävällä verkkosivustolla.

Saatat etsiä paikkaa, jonka voit varata täydeksi tai saada yksinoikeuden. Noin 30 % asiakkaistamme valitsee jommankumman näistä kahdesta vaihtoehdosta.
TÄYDET VARAUKSET
Sisällyttää kaikki huoneet, toimintatilat, uima-altaat ja useimmat hotellin tai lomakeskuksen alueet. Majoituspaikka voi kuitenkin sallia ulkopuolisten asiakkaiden pääsyn ravintoloihin, kylpylään, kokoustiloihin ja golfkentille tai yksityisasuntoihin.
YKSINOIKEUS
Tarjoaa hotellin tai lomakeskuksen täydellisen haltuunoton – ilman kiinteistön alueiden ulkopuolista käyttöä. Yksinoikeudesta tulee aina korkeampi maksu.
