Davide Folletto from Automattic: Why every big company is remote

Scaling is determined in part by how flexible the company is with its workers.
Invisible communication happens all over the brick & mortar workplace. But, when a company is remote there is one way to communicate. There is one tier. And this simplifies so much, because every communication piece only has to be done once. There is only one way.
Davide's Final Word: When we disagree. We need to start with what we agree on. "Okay we disagree, but where do we agree?". Start from there and the world will be a better place.

Pierre Fabor

Peter Fabor est le PDG-fondateur de Surf Office. Il a lancé cette entreprise aux îles Canaries en 2013, en utilisant des appartements avec un espace de coworking. Les premiers clients étaient des indépendants travaillant à distance. Surf Office a ensuite commencé à se concentrer uniquement sur les séminaires et s'est développé dans d'autres endroits. Nous organisons désormais des séminaires pour des groupes de 30 à plus de 300 personnes.
