Parity is building the foundation for Web 3.0 with technology designed to disrupt centralized online services and enable institutional innovation.
In October, their team of 331 employees came together in sunny Mallorca for four days of workshops, meetings, and team-building fun.
Staying on the island's east side, about one hour from Mallorca's capital of Palma, the Parity team opted to escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a location where they could focus on their time together without distractions.
Their goal was twofold — idea generation and all-hands meeting by day and relaxed team bonding by night.
Five Surf Office employees, Jolanda, Romane, Nikos, Fernanda, and Barbora, remained on-site throughout the experience to support the Parity team with everything they needed, from activities and transfers to hotel check-ins and swag handouts.
With a huge tent set up outside the venue to accommodate all-hands events, the Parity team filled their schedule with daily morning yoga sessions, skill-building workshops, breakout meetings, and evening social activities that ranged from karaoke and movie nights to an epic poolside party with a live DJ.
The final result? Countless fresh ideas, a renewed sense of connection, and a team ready to tackle the next chapter.
